The contrasts are reaffirmed: busy versus soothing and distinguished versus feet on the ground. Two beautiful ingredients that don\u2019t need any extras to become a flavour bomb! As a main course we choose veal steaks with porcinis. We ask for a portion of fries and crispy fried zucchini strips. Indeed, not the most original dish, but the best steaks we have ever eaten.
