General provisions

The Customer has the right to inform Amiamo Lago di Como that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.

The date of delivery is always the same as the date of delivery communicated by the Amiamo Lago di Como logistics partner via the online tracking tool.

Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must send an email to amiamolagodicomo@gmail.com stating which items they wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs for returning items are always borne by the Customer.

Items can only be returned to the address below in Belgium.

Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, can be returned.

As soon as we have received the items back in accordance with the provisions, we will refund the amount of the returned items.

Will not be taken back under any circumstances:

• used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items
• items from which the label has been removed
• articles containing fragrances of perfumes or other
• items that are tailor-made for the customer

Any items sold at a promo or discounted price cannot be returned.
